Carol Tshabalala is one of the well-known women sportscasters across the African continent. She’s been consistent for a long time. At SuperSport, she’s the First Lady when it comes to bringing big tournaments to the viewers. While when it comes to men, Thomas Mlambo who recently reunited with SuperSport is the first choice at the World of Champions.

Yesterday, Carol was out in Premier Soccer League offices where she was presenting a show with the League’s chairman Dr. Irvin Khoza and Carling Black Label introducing a new competition called Carling Knockout. Now, Carol firstly took some pictures when she was inside her car that you can just see it’s expensive. Take a look pictures below on Instagram post!

What about this new tournament Carol was presenting? The Carling Knockout Cup which will be introduced to the PSL calendar, is inclusive of all 16 teams in the topflight, with the inaugural season set for 2023/2024. It is scheduled to be held on an annual basis, with the inaugural tournament debuting in 2023. The exhibition match fixture will see the winning team from the Carling Knockout Cup take on the fan-selected Carling Eleven in an all-star showcase of football skills.

The Carling Eleven squad will be composed of 23 players and a coach selected from the remaining 15 PSL teams that participated in the Carling Knockout Cup edition of the relevant season. As with every innovation introduced by Carling Black Label, the selection of the players will be made by the Champion fans.
