PICS! Khunes Out At The Red Capert Of Galeries De Parfums Launch

It looks like Itumeleng Khune is now enjoying living his life lavishly rather than being on the pitch. Can you blame him? Last season, he only played one game across all competitions while he was there on the stands despite being fit in the majority number of games Kaizer Chiefs played.

It’s the pre-season time, many teams are doing camps but it looks like Amakhosi chose to stay and train in Naturena, meaning players get to still live their lives freely rather than being prisoners in the camp. Khune along with his wife Siphelele used that opportunity to go out at The Galeries De Parfums Launch.

LIFE ON THE FIELD

Khune has been unfortunate to be thrown into the stands in the recent seasons with injuries being one of the main causes of his struggles.

Former Kaizer Chiefs player Vusi “Computer” Lamola believes Itumeleng Khune is not happy at Amakhosi. Lamola says the club’s management and Khune are not on good terms, hence he can’t produce his best performances when granted a chance.

“Seemingly, he’s not having a good relationship with the management, and once you are unhappy, you will not produce your best, and with Khune, we don’t know what causes this state of unhappiness.

“Is it the money? The attitude? We don’t know. Some players aren’t bold enough to express their grievances publicly; they’d rather choose to die inside. He seems very unhappy to me, and it’s hard to tell what his differences with the club are, especially with management.

“And I’ve always said if a club finds it necessary to have a medical doctor, it’s equally important to have a spiritual doctor as well because you are dealing with hidden problems here. Don’t focus on the monetary value of paying such an individual, but rather look at what good their presence will do for the club.”
