Pitso Mosimane Wants to Win More Trophies with Al Ahly! He is targeting the CAF Super Cup and the Egyptian Super Cup.

Mosimane doesn’t wan to rest on his laurels and surrender the ambition he has for the club.

“I would like to thank our President Mahmoud El Khatib and our board of directors, who gave me the chance to take the team’s responsibility.” Mosimane told the media after the game.

“Also, I would like to thank the players who did their best, my family and the coaching staff.”

“When I was at Mamelodi Sundowns we got knocked out of the CAF Champions League, but the fate decided to bring me back in to win it with Al Ahly.”

“We still have two tournaments left to win, and we have to fight to clinch them.”

“Talae’a El Gaish is a tough opponent and they played a good game, but at the end we succeeded to win the title.”

Mosimane has given his players 48 hours to celebrate, relax and recover. Training will resume on Tuesday at the El Tetsh Stadium.

Yasser Ibrahim echoed the same sentiments.

“We are currently looking forward to competing and winning the African Super Cup and the Egyptian Super Cup. Afterwards, we will start concentrating on the FIFA Club World Cup.” He said.
