Reports Suggest TS Galaxy Players Have Not Received Their Salaries! The Rockets are said to have holes in their pockets this year.

Rumours have emanated that TS Galaxy have failed to pay players their full salaries for January. This follows their trip to Europe in December, during the PSL break.

During the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar, TS Galaxy used this break to travel to Europe and play in a few friendly matches. The Rockets were in Turkey, were they played against Sampdoria, Al-Batin and Giresunspor.

It has emerged that this trip was partly financed by the players, reluctantly. It is said that they were strongarmed into contributing 20% of their salaries to the trip.

“Some of us were not back paid our two months’ salaries. We’re owed from last year in January and February,” a senior player told FARPost.

“Sadly, Tim Sukazi [club president] has decided not to address us on the issue. We get paid on the 28th or 29th, and it’s almost two weeks after payday, and we’re in the dark.

“Some players’ rentals the club should pay aren’t paid.” The unnamed player spoke.

It is also reported that senior players like Vuyo Mere and Macbeth Mahlangu have not received their salaries.

“After the Golden Arrows game, which TS Galaxy won 4-0 on Sunday, January 29, 2023, the club paid those that featured in the game.” The publication states.
