Ricardo Nascimento’s Contract Details Revealed

Mamelodi Sundowns’ Brazilian born defender, Ricardo Nascimento,is currently on a short-term deal with the club.

It’s his first PSL season playing for the club but it seems Ricardo is adapting quite well at Sundowns under the wings of coach  Pitso Mosimane.

A source revealed to Soccer Laduma that the centre-back has signed a two-year contract with the club, despite reports from the media claiming that Ricardo was set to be at the club for three years.

The three-year contract was said to include options but, the source reveals that it’s a one-year deal with a clause of an additional one-year option.

“He signed one-year plus an extra (one year) as an option,” said the source.

Nascimento was in the Sundowns side this past weekend that lost 3-0 against Bidvest Wits in the MTN8 final.
