Ronwen Williams Looking Forward to Visiting AmaZulu This Afternoon! Matsatsantsa travel to face Usuthu today.

SuperSport United visit AmaZulu in the DSTV Premiership this afternoon. Goalkeeper and captain Ronwen Williams is looking forward to the exciting challenge ahead.

Their hosts AmaZulu have endured a start to the season which doesn’t match the previous campaign. They will seek refuge in the fact that they started last year in poor fashion too.

Matsatsantsa on the other hand have accumulated 4 points from their opening 2 matches.

They drew 0-0 away to Cape Town City in their first league match of the season. This was followed by a convincing 3-1 win over Golden Arrows at the Lucas Moripe Stadium in their second match.

“We have started very well in our league campaign, we need to keep that momentum going, and the boys have worked hard during the international break and can’t wait to get back to playing,” the captain said to the club media.

“It won’t be easy as they haven’t had a good start so they will be looking to get points off us, but our focus is on us and the good start we had, we want to keep that going,” he added.

Both teams will be playing their first games since the domestic football returned. SuperSport United had a few players represent their national teams during the break.

“It is wonderful having so many players representing their respective national teams, we need to use the experience gained and help our team maintain our good start.” He concluded.
