Rulani Mokwena Believes Kaizer Chiefs Are Actually a Good Team! The Brazilians tackle Amakhosi tonight.

Mamelodi Sundowns will visit Kaizer Chiefs in the DSTV Premiership later today. Head coach Rulani Mokwena has praised the performances of their opposition.

These teams come into this match in two completely different moods. Mamelodi Sundowns have won their last 11 league matches, while Kaizer Chiefs lost successive matches to Sekhukhune United and AmaZulu.

Their loss to Usuthu was an embarrassing 4-0 result. Despite these results, Mokwena believes that they have performed admirably in the league this season.

“Chiefs has great players, and their performances may be much better than their results suggest,” he relayed to the club website.

“If you only look at the score lines you get a wrong impression about them. They are very organised and very clear in their patterns of play; the team has well-drilled schemes and have a good Coach (Arthur Zwane) surrounded by a great technical team.” He added

“We have to go in there and play the game the way it has to be played. We will play it with a mindset of always trying to do better than the opponent, have better chances, and have an exceptional profile on the pitch.

“We know that with this game it will be two teams going for the result that’s in their favour and when we play, we plan to put on our very best performance” he concluded.
