Amakhosi’s interim coach Arthur Zwane has confirmed that Siyabonga Ngezana, Leonardo Castro, Keagan Dolly, Samir Nurkovic, Lebogang Manyama, and S’fiso Hlanti will be unavailable for selection.

While three players are doubtful as they are recovering from illness – Kgaogelo Sekgota, Nkosingiphile Ngcobo, and Sabelo Radebe. In addition, Cole Alexander will be out as he is suspended.

“We want to finish the season on a high and we’ll give our best but we’re going into the game with a lot of injuries,” Zwane said on Wednesday.

“Other players as well are sick, they’re down with flu, it’s about four players that didn’t train today (Wednesday) and yesterday and we’re hoping that maybe one or two will be available tomorrow.

“As of now, these players are not available and also Castro is joining Keagan Dolly. He’s got an ankle ligament injury, a Grade 1 tear, so he might be out for some time and Keagan as well, he’s going to be out for six to eight weeks.

“There is about nine players, who are out, Siya Ngezana as well, his hamstring has been troubling him for a few games, so we’re trying not to aggravate it now.

“It will be an opportunity for other players to get a chance, Njabulo Ngcobo, Austin Dube and many other players that can play in that position. We don’t have a crisis at the back, the only challenge that we have is the offensive players that are going to be available.

“That’s where we going to be lacking, but we’ll find a way to get the best XI to get us a result.”

Chiefs secured a slender win against Sekhukhune United in their previous match, thanks to only one goal of the match from the captain of the day Ramahlwe Mphahlele.

While Swallows threw almost everything at Chippa United, however, one thing that didn’t go their way was to get the ball to cross the goal line and eventually they only managed one point in a 0-0 draw.
