Sundowns losing steam as season nears end

Mamelodi Sundowns appears to be suffering from fatigue with weeks remaining for the end 2016 premier soccer league to end.

Elimination from the Caf champions league by AC Leopards was followed by a quater final exit in the Nedbank cup.  Amasandawana on Wednesday again flattered to deceive after they were held to a goalless draw by Ajax Cape Town.

With a four point advantage, some analysts fear if Sundowns continue to stutter the title race could take yet another twist as Amasandawana look to be losing steam.
