Telkom Quarter Final Draw Format Set
The Telkom Knockout quarterfinal draw will be conducted live tonight at Sisa Dukashe Stadium in East London soon after the outstanding Chippa United v Bloemfontein Celtic fixture.
The quarterfinal draw is seeded. The league explained the rules regarding the seeding in a statement today saying,:
“Clubs that achieved highest four (4) positions in the Absa Premiership 2018/19 season will be seeded while the rest will be unseeded. Seeded clubs cannot play each other.”
There is very high potential for a top clash involving the Big 3 including a Soweto Derby as Kaizer Chiefs have high likelihood of meeting up with Mamelodi Sundowns, Orlando Pirates and Cup kings SuperSport United.
