Kaizer Chiefs Skipper Siphiwe Tshabalala says the team must focus in the Absa Premiership and the Telkom knockOut. The glamour boys lost one-nil in the annual Macufe cup against Bloemfontein Celtic, on Sunday. Kaizer Chiefs will face Mpumalanga Black Aces twice, starting this Saturday in the league match, then followed by the the telkom knockOut quarter-finals Clash on the 24th of October.
“Resting is good but only for a little while,” Tshabalala told his official website in reference to the still in progress FIFA international break.
“We have a lot of business to take care of in the League and the TKO. So our main focus now is getting back to the League and securing positive results.
“We also progressed in the TKO and will be facing Aces twice, in the League and then the TKO.
“The team has worked hard and will continue doing so to make the best out of our current season. We soldier on.”
Amakhosi are sitting in position five in the PSL log with 10 points,after six games they follow the log leaders by four points.
