This Is How Much Njabulo Blom Earns at St. Louis City! The midfielder joined the American team at the beginning of the year.

Njabulo Blom was signed by MLS outfit St. Louis City in the January transfer window. His astronomic wages have been revealed!

Normally, oversees based players earn much more than PSL based players. The case of Blom is no different, as he earns over R6 million per season and over half a million per month.

“Meanwhile, the league’s salary guide has been published – it contains salary information for all MLS players under contract as of 30 April 2023, with the data freely shared with the public, unlike in South Africa,” iDiski Times reported.

“The Chiefs academy product is earning $246,000 (R4.73 million) in base salary and $338,250 (R6.51 million) in guaranteed compensation per year at his new club – Blom’s monthly guaranteed compensation is R28,188 (R543,000).” The publication reads.

Blom signed a two year contract, with the option to extend for a further two years. He will have made over R20 million in earnings by the end of 2025, and would earn more should his contract be extended.

“Note: The Annual Average Guaranteed Compensation (Guaranteed Compensation) number includes a player’s base salary and all signing and guaranteed bonuses annualized over the term of the player’s contract, including option years. The Average Annual Guaranteed Compensation figure also includes any marketing bonus and any agent’s fees, both annualized over the term of the contract.

“The Average Annual Guaranteed Compensation figure does not include Performance Bonuses because there is no guarantee that the player will hit those bonuses.”

The midfielder recently returned to action after battling with Covid-19.
