5. Clive Barker
Clive Barker’s biggest accomplishment remains guiding South Africa to glory at the 1996 Africa Cup of Nations.

4. Stuart Baxter
In the South African premiership Stuart Baxter made a mark during his days at Kaizer Chiefs. On 7 May 2012 Baxter was announced as the new manager of Amakhosi. In the first season under his management, Amakhosi completed the double, finishing first in the 2012-13 season as well as defeating Supersport in the Nedbank cup.
Baxter won his third trophy at the club in just his third season to start off yet another season with the MTN 8 trophy on Saturday 20 September 2014 before winning yet another league title.
3. Gavin Hunt
Gavin Hunt is without doubt one the shrewd tacticians to coach in the ABSA Premiership. Despite having to retire a player owing to an achilles tendon injury Hunt would find success as a coach.
His greatest accomplishment is perhaps winning the S.A premiership title in three consecutive years from 2007-2010 during his days at Supersport. Hunt is presently the Bidvest Wits Head Coach. At Wits Hunt his gunning for his fourth premiership crown.
2. Gordon Ingesund
One of the most decorated coaches in the South African premiership Gordon Ingesund boasts of having won 4 premiership titles. Ingesund won his maiden psl crown in 1997 when he guided Manning Rangers to honours in South Africa’s topflight.
As if to prove his triumph at Manning was no fluke Ingesund then won another title at Orlando Pirates in 2001. In 2002 Ingesund’s success continued after landing his third psl title while coaching Santos.
Ingesund’s last psl crown came in 2007 when he steered Mamelodi Sundowns to the 2006/2007 Psl crown. The title with Mamelodi Sundowns Was Ingesund’s 4th of his career making him one of the most successful coaches to handle psl teams.
