Top 5 emerging players in the PSL
1. Reeve Frosler
The Amajita star played a very crucial role in Bidvest Wits capturing the PSL. He couldn’t not fly out with the U20s for their first game in South Korea due to his importance to Wits.
2. Teboho Mokoena
Made his debut for Supersport United this season and is also an Amajita player, he too like Frosler were flown in for the second game of the tournament due to their teams not being able to release them.
3. Ben Motshwari
Ben made the defensive midfield position his very own this season at Wits. He scored the winning goal against Sundowns in what was deemed as the title deciding game.
4. Motjeka Madisha
Madisha came in as replacement for the injured Wayne Arendse, many thought the youngster would crumble under pressure. His maturity is something worth noting, his composure on the ball similar to that of Mbulelo Mabizela.
5. Percy Tau
Sundowns had sent him out on loan last season, however they subsequently recalled him at the beginning of the CAF Champions League campaign and the youngsters star has risen since then.
