Top Goalkeepers In The PSL For 2015/16

Every football club needs a goalkeeper. We all know that a goalkeeper is one of the most important player in the club. A goalkeeper’s job is to prevents the other team from scoring, making sure that his team does not loose. Without a goalkeeper, the team would be nothing. 1. Itumeleng Khune

Khune is known for his quick reflexes and his distribution which has been hailed as “the best you will see anywhere”.

2. Brilliant Khuzwayo 

Khuzwayo was rewarded with a call-up to the national team that represented South Africa at the 2015 Africa Cup of Nations in Equatorial Guinea, where he made a single appearance under Shakes Mashaba.

3. Reyaad Pieterse

One player that is blessed with more than one talent on the field. Not only is he a goalkeeper but he can play as a middle fielder too. He knows how to control a ball and he has a good grip and a sharp eye to see the ball from a distance. 

4. Brighton Mhlongo

Mhlongo has managed to take over after Senzo Manyisa passed away. He has managed to make sure that Pirates won CAF game. 

5. Moaneeb Joseph 

His ability to kick with both feet, play as a sweeper and distribute the ball comfortably. 

6. Siyabonga Mpotshane

He just joined Orlando Pirates but we must say that his ball gripping skills are amazing. Now that mhlongo is out of action, Mpotshane will be showing us his skills.
