Victory relieves pressure on Amakhosi

Kaizer Chiefs finally remembered how to win following a 2-0 win over Golden Arrows on Tuesday evening.

Camaldine Abraw struck early in the 14th minute before William Twala ensured the glamour boys secured maximum points with a 90th minute strike.

Victory was vital for Amakhosi who have struggled to win in recent matches. Chiefs maintained fourth position but moved to 29 points from 17 matches.

Tuesday’s win will have come as a relief to Steve Khompela who has had to endure criticism from sects of the glamour boys faithfuls.
