As a result, he will naturally attract brand affiliation. So that they can align themselves with the stupendousness of the man.
KFC is one such brand, as they are working with Komphela on a series of commercials which advertise themselves but also give platform to the man to show off his discourse.
As an assistant coach at Mamelodi Sundowns, he does not speak to the media as often as he used to when he was head coach at the likes of Free State Stars, Kaizer Chiefs, Bloemfontein Celtic and Golden Arrows. He now takes a back seat to Manqoba Mngqithi and Rulani Mokwena.
