Clayton Daniels Enjoyed A Lovely Off-Season Holiday with His Wife! The Maritzburg United defender was in 7th heaven during his holidays.
Clayton Daniels had a very eventful off-season. The Maritzburg United defender married his girlfriend of several years in June.
Daniels proposed to his girlfriend Ally Clarke in August 2020.
“She said yes” he posted on his Instagram
“I’m super excited for our journey together I couldn’t be more sure that you the person for me because in every way you complete me. I’m the happiest I’ve been in forever so let’s enjoy this until forever”.
He was still a SuperSport United player at the time. However, due to the coronavirus pandemic, their marriage had to wait a little while.
This was obviously paired with the continuation of the bio bubble in 2020, when football returned and the 2019/2020 season had to be completed.
The defender’s career took another turn as his contract with SuperSport United came to an end and was not renewed. He then trained and subsequently joined Maritzburg United.
As a result, he had to switch focus to his career and his new environment. At 37 years old, Daniels is one of the most experienced players in the DSTV Premiership right now.
He has a few more years at the highest level before he has to take up the inevitable retirement.
