Mandla Ncikazi Aiming for All Three Points Against Cape Town City! The Buccaneers will face The Cityzens this evening.

Orlando Pirates hosts Cape Town City in the DSTV Premiership today. Co-coach Mandla Ncikazi stresses the importance of winning the match.

The Bucs dropped points at home to Golden Arrows in their last league fixture. This left them susceptible to falling behind Kaizer Chiefs and Royal AM on the league table.

They currently sit fourth on the table. After finishing in the CAF Confederations Cup positions in their last two seasons, the aim is to finish in a CAF Champions League position this campaign.

Pirates played in the CAF Confederations Cup on Sunday and must now prepare for this encounter.

“We must switch quickly into the PSL.” Ncikazi told the Orlando Pirates media in preview.

“Tough schedule, and you must know that you are playing against opponents that are well rested 

“We just played on Sunday. Recovery today, there is nothing [else] you can do today.

“But we have to be prepared for a top team like Cape Town City. We have to try and play our best game again.

“We have to try to see how far we can go. We have to be sensible in how we manage the game, versus the team who is fresh.

“But we have to try to get points. I think currently what is important to us is getting three points” he concluded.
