Ajax Cape Town Restored Back Into The PSL! Good news for the Urban Warriors and their fans, the Cape Town club is back in the PSL after the judge ruled in their favor over the Ndoro saga.

Advocate Mokhari’s previous ruling to have Ajax docked points and relegated to the National First Division has been set aside by Judge Fischer, meaning the Urban Warriors are now reinstated to the 15th position, although the matter is not over yet.

The PSL is expected to respond to the ruling and this time the parties involved will have to appear before FIFA.

“Ajax Cape Town are naturally very pleased with Judge Fisher’s ruling to set aside Advocate Mokhari’s award. The club will make further comment once full clarity on Judge Fisher’s judgement is received from its legal team, Ajax CEO Ari Efstathiou said.
