Arthur Zwane Disappointed in Loss to SuperSport United! Amakhosi lost to Matsatsantsa over the weekend.

Kaizer Chiefs lost 1-0 to SuperSport United in the DSTV Premiership on Saturday afternoon. Head coach Arthur Zwane was unhappy with the performance and result.

Ghampani Lungu scored for the hosts just before halftime, a goal which eventually decided the game.

“Look, I don’t know,” 10111 told SuperSport TV after the loss.

“I’ve always been saying that our attitude sometimes is something that you cannot control. When it comes from the players.

“First of all, we’re playing for third spot. You win this game then you close the gap.

“It should come from you. You can come up with tactics, you can come up with everything. Maybe the game that we played last week [against Orlando Pirates in the Nedbank Cup] took a lot from us.

“So, I think they tried. Few minutes, maybe I should say the last 15 minutes of the game we looked like we were going to create something out of nothing and apart from that, I think we were not in the game.

“First half we were just going through the motions you know; we were giving the ball away cheaply in the middle and we made them look good because they did not win the ball from us. We kept on losing the ball, giving the ball to them.

“We got punished again from sloppy defending, and you look at that goal, we could have done better, in terms of conceding. So that has been the story of our season.” He added.
