Benni McCarty and Stacey have been married since May 2014. Together, the beautiful couple has a daughter named Lima Rose and a son, Lio.
This is Benni McCarthy’s second marriage. It has already outlasted the former FC Porto striker’s previous other marriage.
In 2004, the year he won the UEFA Champions League with FC Porto under Jose Mourinho, McCarthy married Spaniard Maria Santos. They have three daughters together, namely; Minna, Mya and Allegra.
In 2007, three years after they married, McCarthy and Santos separated. This is when he moved to Lancashire, England, playing for Blackburn Rovers.
This was his most prolific season in the Premier League as McCarthy finished behind Didier Drogba on the top goal scorers list. They scored more than the likes of Cristiano Ronaldo, Wayne Rooney, Steven Gerrard, Frank Lampard, etc.
Currently, Stacey resides in her homeland of Scotland. Benni travels to and fro the UK at every opportunity he gets.
AmaZulu are set to play in African football next season, so he will have less time to travel to see Stacey.
