DJ Khaled Congratulates Mamelodi Sundowns on Winning DSTV Premiership Title! The musician has taken his hat off to the Brazilians.

Mamelodi Sundowns were crowned DSTV Premiership champions last night. International musician DJ Khaled has congratulated them on the achievement.

It was in October last year when the musician was pictured holding up a Mamelodi Sundowns shirt, showing his support for the club. He cemented his support by congratulating them on the title victory.

Partners Roc Nation Sports has been able to facilitate and oversee the support from DJ Khaled to Mamelodi Sundowns. This is one of the benefits of having an international partner like them.

Masandawana are in continental action this weekend, in the second leg of their semi-final encounter in the CAF Champions League. Despite this, head coach Rulani Mokwena insisted that they were going to celebrate the championship, before worrying about the weekend.

“We have to celebrate the championship, we have to celebrate the championship, as I said to you, this is the biggest trophy, and some take it for granted, but this is the biggest trophy in South Africa,” Mokwena elaborated to SuperSport TV.  

“It is the biggest, and congratulations, I am extremely proud of this football club. Congratulations to all the players, to the supporters, to the board, to the management, everybody associated with this football club, congratulations.” He spoke.
