Dominic Isaacs Believes Kaizer Chiefs Should Adapt to Modern Times! Amakhosi have been in the headlines for their technical issues.

Kaizer Chiefs have recently announced Molefi Ntseki as their new head coach. Former defender Dominic Isaacs believes they need to adapt to modern practices.

The Glamour Boys very publicly sought the services of head coach Nasreddine Nabi. The head coach confirmed the news himself.

The deal could have happened, but Nabi wanted to bring his own technical team to Naturena. This is something which the Amakhosi board did not agree with.

Instead, they wanted to keep Arthur Zwane as one of the assistants to Nasreddine Nabi. Something which he didn’t want.

“I believe that at the end of the day Chiefs have also got the right to have their people around the head coach,” Isaacs told FARPost.

“However, in modern football coaches move around with their own technical team. It would have been very expensive to let go of the relevant backroom staff.

“But I think by now Chiefs should have made up their mind with regards to if they will retain Arthur Zwane or are they going to look for a new coach.

“It’s not good in terms of the club as a whole because everybody is looking at them to provide clarity.

“The telling part is that for Chiefs not to come out and say that they are doing this or make a statement that Zwane will be kept or not, also tells a hell of a lot.” He added.
