Golden Arrows Not Sure What to Make of Kaizer Chiefs! Abafana Bes’thende take on Amakhosi this coming weekend. 

Golden Arrows hosts Kaizer Chiefs in the DSTV Premiership on Saturday afternoon. Winger and captain Nduduzo Sibiya claims they are uncertain of how their hosts will approach the match.

Amakhosi sacked head coach Molefi Ntseki on Monday evening. This followed a poor start to the season. 

Cavin Johnson was named as interim coach, with Dillon Sheppard as his assistant. Arthur Zwane was sent back to the development structures. 

It is because of these changes that Abafana Bes’thende remained confused about their opponents. 

“We don’t know what kind of game plan Cavin Johnson will bring and that can be a challenge for us,” Sibiya told members of the press.

“But if we prepare well, things will be fine.

“We don’t know what he is planning and Chiefs would not want to lose another game. It will be tough since they lost and we don’t want them to turn [things around] against us.

“What I can say is what we are doing at training, we are seeing it at games, we can get points and win.

“We planned to start well this season as you can see, we are collecting points. When we play at home, our focus is a win and if not, then a draw.

“But again, we want to win all the games at home.

“We treat every game equal, not that we are playing against Chiefs, then we have to be special, but that they have a new coach we are worried about.” He stated.
