What Happened To Ace, Sarr, Ndoro And Matlaba?
Orlando Pirates senior players have not been leading by example. Oupa Manyisa, Isa Sarr, Tendai Ndoro and Thabo Matlaba have been disappointing fans and more importantly the club itself. Oupa Manyisa is the current Bucs captain and it is under his leadership that Bucs lost by 6 goals to Supersport United and Mamelodi Sundowns.
There was speculation of ill-discipline in the Bucs squad when Mushin Ertugral resigned from the hot seat. These senior players have lost their A-game and it is fair to say that. Tendai Ndoro, began the season on a high and things just went south and now he is struggling to score goals and it has been Dove Wome who scores goals. Isa Sarr, has dropped from being the forever hard working man in the center of the park alongside Oupa Manyisa. Bucs have been leaking in the middle of the park and perhaps the two need to get back their A-game and revive their game. These are all players who are under 30 years and they should be still using the gas in their tanks.
Thabo Matlaba has been leaking in the Bucs defence and that is why Bucs has considered so many goals. Obviously he doesn’t defend alone but we know him a great organizer and he must get back to form. Bucs have bounced back to winning ways with a win in the Nedbank Cup. Now they need to push up the league and make sure they qualify for the MTN Top 8 and do well in the league and hopefully win the Nedbank Cup.
