David Mogashoa Believes Musa Nyatama Will Learn from Steve Komphela! This follows the recent changes at The Dube Birds.

Steve Komphela as announced as head coach of Moroka Swallows two weeks ago. Club CEO David Mogashoa is confident this move will work for all parties involved.

Musa Nyatama began last season as a player for The Dube Birds but finished it as interim head coach. He was assisted by Morgan Mammila who was the Technical Advisor of the team.

Together, they steered Moroka Swallows away from the relegation zone and into the top 8.

Mammila left the club at the end of last season to return to Chippa United. Mogashoa then made Nyatama the sole head coach for the coming season.

However, this all changed when Steve Komphela became available, and the club couldn’t help but seek his services.

“I don’t regret saying Musa would be the head coach because at the time he was the person I felt was most suited to lead Swallows, given where they finished with him in charge,” Mogashoa told Robert Marawa on Marawa Sports Worldwide, as per Times Live.

“But when coach Steve became available, I then looked at it as a positive because coach Musa was going to learn from coach Steve.

“It would have been bad if I released coach Musa and said, ‘We no longer need him because coach Steve is coming’.” He spoke.
