Jose Riveiro Proud After SuperSport United Victory! The Buccaneers claimed a win over Matsatsantsa over the past weekend.

Orlando Pirates defeated SuperSport United 1-0 in the DSTV Premiership last Saturday. Head coach Jose Riveiro was very pleased with the three points.

In what was an end-to-end game with chances on both sides, Tapelo Xoki converted the winning penalty in the second half, after a foul on Monnapule Saleng.

“I think it was a good football game, with alternatives, with different moments for both teams. It’s such a tough team, it’s terrible to deal with them.” Riveiro told SuperSport TV.

“They demand 100% concentration from you, if you sleep one time, they’re going to punish you. They have an excellent squad, excellent coach. They are not where they are by chance after 23 games.

“So, it’s a massive victory for us, massive points for us. I’m a really proud coach tonight, because of my boys.” He concluded.
