Letsholonyane Says It’s A Pleasure Working With Komphela

Reneilwe Letsholonyane the Kazier Chiefs players dos not foresee any problem with their current coach Steve Komphela and he looks forward to working with him for the next three years. He is not the only player that shares the same sentimental with him as most players agree and feel the same about the coach.

Yeye went on to say with the experience Komphela comes with, he will be able to train the team and lead them to were they want to go.

“He was a layer who played both locally and in Europe and that helps him understand the players. I think that will make it simple for him and the players to work well together. He knows what to expect from the players and the players know what to expect from him” Letsholonyane said.

“He has coached both club and national team level. Komphela understand soccer and his philosophy will help us when we prepare for games in the season to come. Komphela takes soccer and his training sessions very serious, his very strict disciplinarian and wants his team players to take their training

“He has coached at both club and national team level. He understands soccer well and his philosophy on how the game should be played is quiet similar to Baxter, since he worked with him at national team level. I think we won’t have any problems adjusting to his coaching skills and methods. Komphela is also a strict disciplinarian and he expects everybody to be fully focused on the job at hand,” said Letsholonyane.

Yeye will be one of the experienced campaigners expected to work closely with the new coach at the Naturena-based club.
