Midfielder Andile Jali Credits Mamelodi Sundowns Medical Team! The combustive player recently recovered from a few minor hamstring injuries.

Andile Jali has been crowned as the Player of the Month for December. He has thanked the medical staff at Mamelodi Sundowns for helping him with his fitness.

The midfielder was superlative for Masandawana in the month. He helped the team win five out of seven matches.

His influence was heightened when he captained the side in a few of those matches. Jali displayed top notch fitness, as he was key in Sundown’s run.

He had to remain malleable and play many minutes, showing the good job that the medical staff had been doing. Especially as they had to play back-to-back matches within a short space of time.

“Our medical department worked extremely hard towards the recovery of my hamstring,” Jali told the Mamelodi Sundowns media.

“They were committed and hands-on, guiding me on the exercises I should be doing on a daily basis. They played a big role in helping and leading me to where I am right now.

“I am grateful for the support and love that people are giving me and the recognition. Winning this goes to show that there is something extra that I am doing, and I am thankful.” He concluded.
