Molefi Ntseki Believes Kaizer Chiefs Is on The Right Track! Amakhosi concluded their pre-season training over the weekend.

Kaizer Chiefs lost 1-0 to Township Rollers in their final pre-season encounter on Saturday. Head coach Molefi Ntseki is pleased with their progress, despite the defeat.

Thabo Rakhale scored the only goal of the match in the second half, to claim victory for the hosts. This is their second consecutive loss in pre-season, after suffering defeat to Simba SC in Tanzania a week ago.

The newly appointed Ntseki is still upbeat despite these recent results.

“You can see we are on the right track,” the head coach told the club media after the loss.

“The starting XI was mainly players that came on last week, so I gave all players minutes. We did okay but we have some things to work on.

“I wasn’t happy with the goal we conceded, but we’ll work on these things during the week in order to be ready to start the season.

“I would also like to thank the supporters who came in numbers. It was really great to play in front of so many of our fans.

“It helps the players mentally and we appreciate the support,” Ntseki concluded.
