Neymar Graces Fashion TV Magazine 5th Anniversary. The Brazilian superstar joined the likes of Chris Brown, Truong Ngoc Anh, J Balvin and Rosamund Kwan. The fashion magazine is celebrating it as their Global Superstar Issue.
Neymar enjoys a successful career off of the football pitch. With over 140 million followers on Instagram, Neymar proves to be attractive to brands. The dynamic winger is currently enjoying his pre-season.
Neymar was listed as 7th at this year’s Forbes Celebrity 100 with a stunning $95.5M. From his earnings, $70.5 is from salary and winnings while $25M is from endorsements. The 28 year old is the second most popular athlete on social media after Cristiano Ronaldo.
The Brazilian has a combined 244 million followers on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. His transfer to PSG from Barcelona in 2017 remains the highest transfer fee in world football. The Parisians paid the Catalans a full $263 million.
His contract with PSG is worth $350M. The contract lasts till 2022. Neymar’s sponsors include Beats Electronics, DAZN, Electronic Arts, Gillette, Mastercard, Red Bull and TLC. He was also sponsored with Nike until recently when Neymar and Nike separated.
Nike’s Jordan Brand had signed Neymar in 2016. In March 2020 a feature film was released about his life until that point. Neymar has one child, whom he lives with in Paris.
This Fashion TV Magazine feature is Neymar’s second issue of the year. The Brazilian graced Vogue Man Arabia earlier in the year before the coronavirus pandemic.

“I really suffered with injuries these last two seasons and I had many moments of questioning myself,” Neymar said.
In the Vogue feature he spoke of injuries and how they’ve affected his progression since transferring to PSG.
