Orlando Pirates Play the Same Style According to Stuart Baxter! The Phefeni Glamour Boys visited their long-time rivals on Saturday.

Kaizer Chiefs played against Orlando Pirates in the DSTV Premiership this weekend. Head coach Stuart Baxter believes he knows what it takes to get the better of their opponents.

The Scottish coach has mustered up two victory against The Bucs this season. The first came in the reverse DSTV Premiership fixture at the FNB Stadium.

Keagan Dolly scored both goals on the day, as Khama Billiat was instrumental in both goals. The coach believes Pirates play exactly the same way.

“Orlando Pirates play a similar style no matter who the coach, no matter who the players.” He told the Kaizer Chiefs website in an interview before the match.

“Their strategy is down to the coach. What we would do is tweak the normal strategy to try and get an edge on the day.

“I’m sure they will do that, it’s difficult for me to read that. We think we have prepared well; we think we have got a good idea of what their game plan will be, but there will certainly be things you have to solve on the field standing on your own two feet.

“Hopefully, we will identify that quickly, make the adjustments that are needed and get on with the game.” He added.

Baxter insists that they will not fold under the pressure of performing in the Soweto Derby.

“If you’re a professional you have to concentrate on your aims and your objectives. We will try to have some fun while we are doing it.

“But we’ve got to be able to feel the pressure, make a friend of the pressure and still give a performance.” He spoke.
