Oupa Manyisa Set to Take TTM To PSL Dispute Resolution Chamber!
Manyisa is part of the trio that has famously had their contracts terminated with the club. Manyisa was not even registered as part of the TTM squad for the upcoming season.
Oupa Manyisa Set to Take TTM To PSL Dispute Resolution Chamber! Molangoane, Paez and Manyisa all have unresolved issues with Tshakhuma Tsha Madzivhandila.
This is as the three highly experienced PSL players have all been released by the Limpopo based outfit.
Oupa Manyisa’s representative, Tshepo Mabona, has told KickOff that they are set to take the matter to the PSL DRC (Dispute Resolution Chamber).
“It’s very difficult to accept a contract right now because it will mean that that contract, we accept will be minus from the current claim,” Manyisa’s agent told KickOff.
“So, we are basically sitting with him training, and we have filed with the PSL, we are waiting for a response, and then we will take it from there.
“There’s nothing that tied him to TTM because they’ve breached, so he’s basically a free player.
“He’s not party to the contract anymore because they haven’t paid him for three months. We have put in a claim and we are waiting for that process.
“Both of them with Molangoane, they have served the club with the notice of demand, the club has not responded in time, they then filed the matter to go to the DRC of the PSL”
Things have turned sour for Tshakhuma Tsha Madzivhandila since their ascension into the PSL. They started off with very few players on the bench for their season opener against SuperSport United in the MTN 8.
They have since had disputes with Augustine Mulenga, who they claim was a registered TTM player before he was unveiled as an AmaZulu player.
This was followed by the contract terminations of Joseph Molangoane, Oupa Manyisa and Gustavo Paez.
