Patience pays as Tinkler finds his feet

At the turn of the new year, Orlando Pirates head coach Eric Tinkler was under pressure given the Bucaneers were struggling for form in the ABSA premiership.

As a result of Pirates performances varying opinions began to emerge with many calling for the sacking of Tinkler. Despite pressure from the clubs fans The Orlando Pirates administration stood firm and announced Tinkler would be going nowhere.

Despite a bad start to the season the past few weeks have vindicated Irvin Khoza and his administration as Tinkler appears to have been quickly finding his feet as Orlando Pirates gaffer.
