Phathutshedzo Nange has been extremely privileged to join Kaizer Chiefs. He joins after spending 1 season with Stellenbosch FC, after agreeing to follow Gavin Hunt to the club.
After Gavin Hunt was fired from Chiefs, the pre-deals he had made were still in place. These included Sifiso Hlanti, Brandon Petersen and Phathutshedzo Nange himself.

“Firstly, I would say I am happy to be part of the family.” Nange told the Kaizer Chiefs media.
“It was not an easy journey, but I am happy to be here. They welcomed me nicely and I feel part of the family.” He said after spending one year with Stellies.
“My family are happy for me because this is a dream come true. This is where I wanted to be.
“As a footballer you want to play for one of the big clubs. This is one of the biggest clubs on the continent.
“I want to work with the guys, work together as a team and make sure that at the end of the season we have a trophy. We will work hard and work towards that,” he confirmed.
The midfield battle at Naturena is sure to be a tough one this season. It bolts the likes of Alexander Cole, Nkosingiphile Ngcobo, Njabulo Blom and Nange himself.
