PIC! Thamsanqa Gabuza Hangs Out With His Golden Arrows Ex-Teammate Mzuvukile Tom

PIC! Thamsanqa Gabuza Hangs Out With His Golden Arrows Ex-Teammate Mzuvukile Tom. SuperSport United striker Thamsanqa Gabuza has become one of the most loved footballers on and off the field because of his never-ending jokes. He keeps it cool everywhere he goes.

Inside his rags to riches journey, he has always been the same person and that’s why those who have shared a dressing room with him miss being around the guy. How would they not if even his opponents adore him?

He recently posted a picture on Instagram chilling with his former Golden Arrows teammate Mzuvukile Tom. He wrote: “One day will tell you story!!! Kodwa (But) it’s namanje (still) Mzuvukile Tom.”

GABUZA’S POSSIBLE MOVE AWAY FROM SUPERSPORT UNITED

Gabuza has been consistent since the beginning of his career back in the days at Golden Arrows. And he has been banging goals for SuperSport since joining from Pirates.

‘Gandaganda’ as Gabuza is affectionately known was heavily linked with a move to AmaZulu and Royal AM few weeks ago. However,  SuperSport CEO Stan Matthews dismissed rumours. “No, again, its newspaper talk, [there is] nothing that has come to us, no contact, no discussions. There is nothing happening on the Gabuza front,” Matthews said as per Soccer Laduma.

Gabuza’s contract comes to an end on 30 June and will be a free agent thereafter. Matthews revealed that there’s an option to extend for the forward. “He does have an option but again, its something we’ll look at. We want to look at players conduct the whole season. I can’t be making decisions halfway through the season and then I am giving contract extensions when we don’t meet our team goals, we don’t finish in the top four and we don’t advance in the Nedbank Cup.

“Then unfortunately some people who are expecting contract extensions are not gonna get because we are here to be competitive and this group of players need to be competitive,” he added.
