Romain Folz Wants AmaZulu FC Players to Improve Their Finishing! Usuthu take on Stellies in the league later today.
AmaZulu FC visit Stellenbosch FC in the DSTV Premiership this evening. Head coach Romain Folz wishes that his players would improve on their accuracy in front of goal.
Last time around, Usuthu lost to Dondol Stars in the Nedbank Cup. After that match Fohloza was left lamenting their missed chances.
This has been his focus since the embarrassing loss. He wants his players to make the most of every opportunity which they create.
“We can clearly see what was missing.” Folz told the media.
“It was the accuracy in finishing. We could have been four goals up in the first half if we were more clinical, so I’m very disappointed with what I saw in the finishing department.
“A lot of things should be done in that department and a lot of thinking should be done from the players because when you get chances like that, it’s not the field, it’s not the referee, it’s not anything — it’s just you missing the chances.” He added.
Usuthu are in 8th place on the DSTV Premiership log table. Folz had said that their ambitions for the season were to qualify to play in Africa next campaign.
They are six points behind continental positions, meaning that with eight matches left, they have to win as many games as possible. Romain Folz Wants AmaZulu FC Players to Improve Their Finishing!
