Sead Ramovic Accepts One Point After Draw Against AmaZulu! The Rockets visited Usuthu in Durban yesterday.
TS Galaxy drew 0-0 away to AmaZulu in the DSTV Premiership last night. Head coach Sead Ramovic has conceded that this was maybe a fair result.
The visitors were able to claim a point and yet another clean sheet away from home. Although not as significant as three points, the point takes them further away from the drop zone.
Since the turn of the year, The Rockets have not conceded a single goal as they fight to beat relegation.
“We started not so well.” Sead Ramovic told SuperSport TV after the match.
“But we knew before the game that they would come and press us. But I told my guys that we would not play the long balls.
“We tried to play out [from the back]. But we didn’t come into the game until after about 15 minutes.
“Then we became better. We kept the ball better but then we saw a fantastic opportunity and we didn’t score
“Again, I have to give my team big credit, because we played three days ago, and it was not easy. We had to play against Swallows and the pitch there was not easy to play because it was deep, so we lost a lot of energy.
“But today again we played again 90 minutes. We again had these kinds of opportunities where we could do better with how we play our final pass, to score.
“But I also have to give the opponents credit, they also had chances to score. I also want to congratulate the opponent and wish them good luck on Friday at the CAF [Champions League], because we need South African teams to get better in CAF.
“So, from my side and from the club, TS Galaxy, we wish them all the best for Friday.” The German spoke.
