Shakes Mashaba Has Released The Names Of The Bafana Squad
The Bafana Bafana coach, Shakes Mashaba has named his latest South Africa team squad that will be playing for the upcoming AFCON Qualifier clash with Mauritania. On the 5th of September, Bafana will take on Mauritania in their second of the African Cup of Nations qualifiers in Noukchott.
Mashaba is hoping that the boys will come back with positive results. That they will perform better than they did in the opening game draw with Gambia.
Goalkeepers:
Jackson Mabokgwane, Itumeleng Khune, Ronwen Williams.
Defenders:
Eric Mothoho, Rivado Coetzee, Thulani Hlatshwayo, Siyabonga Nhlapo, Anele Ngcongca, Muzi Mashaba, Siyabonga Zulu, Tsepo Masilela.
Midfielders:
Dean Furman, Andile Jali, Bongani Zungu, Mandla Masango, Siphelele Ntshangase, Jabulani Shogwe, Themba Zwane, Mpho Makola, Ayanda Patosi, Daylon Claasen.
Strikers:
Thulani Serero, Thamsanqa Gabuza, Sibusiso Vilakazi, Tokelo Rantie.
The coach has chosen 25 players but however only 23 will be travelling to Mauritania. We wish them all the best in Mauritania and we pray they come back with positive news.
