Steve Komphela Is Pleased With Chiefs Performance
This weekend Kaizer Chiefs played against Free State Stars at the FNB Stadium and we must say Chiefs played their hearts out with a 4-0 victory. This victory placed the champions at the top of the list once again. Steve Komphela was pleased with the way Siphelele Mthembu and Bongani Ndulula played this weekend and with the clubs overall performance.
“There are different types of strikers. You have the foxes in the box, like the former English attacker Michael Owen and then there are the strikers like the former German international Oliver Bierhoff. Mthembu did what we wanted him to do, as he did last week against Bloemfontein Celtic” said Komphela.
“Bongani Ndulula, who came on for Siphelele also did the same. I am happy with my strike force”
Komphela also mentioned that his team will be ready for the game that will be taking place on Tuesday against Polokwane City.
“We do not read much into the past results of our upcoming opponents. Before our own game tonight, when we were relaxing we watched that game. We will be ready for Tuesday” he added.
