Teko Modise Regrets Buying His Aston Martin! Soon after the 2010 World Cup, Teko bought himself an Aston Martin which didn’t make things easier for him with his already rocky relationship with Orlando Pirates.

Modise revealed in his book that he was paying R22 000 per month for the car. “I didn’t buy an Aston Martin cash. It was a bad move. I was paying R22 000 per month for the car. It was bad. It was a bad move. I was spending so much money on a car,” he admitted.

Teko says he decided to buy the car soon after World Cup when he felt bored and went to buy the Aston Martin.

“My friends agreed because I was buying food and stuff. There was an advert that there was an Aston Martin for sale. I went to buy it. People saw it at Nike Centre in Soweto.”
