“I think that we still need to make sure that we improve in terms of our defensive structure. I think a lack of concentration is killing us here and there. If you look at the second goal it was a throw-in, the players are not even facing, they took a quick one.

“So those critical moments, we suffer a lot from them. But I think going to the second half we planned that we don’t hold back, we still want to take the game to Kaizer Chiefs, because we saw a possibility of winning the game if we continue, because we dominated.

“I think we managed in terms of [Keagan] Dolly and also the other one who was playing on the other side [Ashley Du Preez]. Just to lock them because they are the ones, with Du Preez, who are cutting in and causing problems for us and they create a numerical advantage inside. So, we allowed our fullbacks to go inside with them and then our wingers had to stay and deal with their fullbacks.

“I think we did much better second half, in terms of making sure that we still keep the ball and be creative. Still not one of the best in terms of being clinical in front of goal. But we will work on that, some other things cannot be rectified, they need more repetition, and we will work on that.” Vilakazi spoke.
