Watch! Kaizer Chiefs Introduce Jet Fashion Soccer-Inspired Gear

Kaizer Chiefs is a well-known brand across the continent and have a huge following in different countries. In 2021, they reminded everyone why they’re among the big guns in Africa as they reached the CAF Champions League final for the first time in history where no one gave them a chance taking into account their awful performances in recent years.

Amakhosi’s clothes are undoubtedly the ones that are bought more than other clubs’ and their Nike clothing sponsor has been benefitting for a long time. Now they have soccer-inspired fashion at Jet and recently introduced it in style. Watch the video below!

WHAT ABOUT THEIR FOOTBALL LIFE?

Chiefs haven’t lifted a trophy in the previous seven years and seem to be in an attempt of redeeming their status this season having made top-notch signings and roped in fresh blood in the coaching department. After sacking previous coach Stuart Baxter who was on his second stint with the club, Chiefs threw their trust on Arthur Zwane’s shoulders who will be assisted by Dillon Sheppard.

CHIEFS’ EXITS

Amakhosi released 12 players in total as they’re in a major squad overhaul. Dumisani Zuma, Bernard Parker, Samir Nurkovic, Lebohang Manyama, Lazarous Kambole, Daniel Cardoso, Leonardo Castro, Daniel Akpeyi, Kearyn Baccus, Siphosakhe Ntiya-Ntiya, Ramahlwe Mphahlele and Akumu Agay will no longer be part of the team.

AMAKHOSI’S SIGNINGS

Chiefs made crucial signings ahead of the upcoming campaign of 2022/23 DStv Premiership as they continue to reconstruct a squad. Ashley Du Preez and Zitha Kwinika were the first names to be announced as Chiefs acquisitions from Stellenbosch in April.

Siyethemba Sithebe signed a pre-contract with Amakhosi in January and officially joined the team in July when his contract with AmaZulu expired. Sithebe spent six months not playing after AmaZulu ditched him as they were not happy about the way Chiefs and the Newcastle-born midfielder handled things.

The trio from Swallows FC – Kamohelo Mahlatsi, Lehlogonolo Matlou, and Dillon Solomons also join the Glamour Boys after helping out their former team to win the PSL Promotion Play-Offs. The Glamour Boys also promoted Mduduzi Shabalala from their DStv Diski Challenge side.
