Last night Burnley unveiled striker Lyle Foster as their latest acquisition. The South African striker rejoiced in his move to English football.
Burnley look poised to make it to the Premier League next season. This is if they maintain the quality which they have displayed this season, as they sit top of the table.
He will play under Vincent Kompany, who managed Percy Tau in Belgium. It’s safe to say he is fond of South Africans.
“It’s a dream for me, now that its real and it’s happening for me. Its just a different feeling and I can’t wait to kick on.” He told the press.
“I’m very happy to be here, I’m blessed and thankful for the opportunity and I just can’t wait to get started.
“From the moment I heard that there was interest from Burnley, my heart and my head were set on the club. I’m so happy to be here now. It’s a dream for me.” He added.
