Peter Shalulile Wants to Keep Breaking More Records for His Club! The Namibian striker has aims to continue his prolific nature.

Peter Shalulile has displayed his true prowess since joining Mamelodi Sundowns in 2020. The striker wants to keep breaking as many club records as he possibly can.

Shalulile became the first Masandawana player to score 20+ goals in successive seasons since the great Daniel Mambush Mudau. These records inspire him to do more for his team.

He is currently the club’s top scorer yet again this season and he is also the top marksman in the entire DSTV Premiership.

“It has not been an easy journey of reaching such a goal.” Sha Sha told the club website.

“But it’s more of journeys that are more possible to break. With the games that remain, I am just aiming for the team to do well as a whole.

“My personal achievements and goals are to score 10 more goals which is possible. And I believe with my teammates that are there to help me that it’s much more possible to do it.” Shalulile elaborated.

“There are certain things that I work on to improve my game: to do extra work and listen to the coaches because they know what they are doing.

“They are there to teach and we are there to learn. I also watch a lot of clips of football players that play in my position.” He added.

Mamelodi Sundowns, like all PSL teams, will finally be able to play in front of supporters, from the 8th of April. Since joining, Shalulile has not ever played in front of the Ka Bo Yellow faithful.

“We appreciate our fans. We could never do any of these things without them.

“They are the reason why we are doing this. Without the fans it’s difficult to do things.

“But this journey has its ups and downs. But they kept on staying with us through the good times and the bad times.” He concluded.
