Major Out to Punish Sundowns In Cape Town
In form Cape Town City striker Lehlohonolo Major is set to punish Mamelodi Sundowns when the two giants meet on Friday at Athlone stadium. Major will go into the game after a brace against struggling Baroka FC. Major has 4 goals in the PSL for his side and he is chasing leading scorer Tendai Ndoro. The former Orlando Pirates and Kaizer Chiefs striker is focusing on one game at a time and is not carried away by his form.
Mamelodi Sundowns will go into the Friday fixture after a goalless draw with Chippa United. Sundowns are 5th on the PSL table with 32 points after 14 games and City have 35 points after 18 games. Obviously the Brazilians have more games at hand but they are out to collect points now as it matters. Sundowns are without Khama Billiat, Tebogo Langerman and Denis Onyango who are out with injuries but the team has released other great players.
Cape Town City are unstoppable as they play as a unit and anyone in the line-up can score so it will be hard for Mamelodi Sundowns to close down only one player such as Majoro down. However, Percy Tau will battle with Lebogang Manyama, while Aubrey Ngoma will battle it out with Themba Zwane. The best team will win and fans will be out to an entertaining game and hopefully goals rain too.
